Dongguan Yongfei Hardware Products Co., Ltd. is a mature precision-machining base supporting automotive, industrial, connector, shaft and other precision-component programs.

Engineering Options
Materials, tolerances and finishes
Final feasibility depends on part geometry, material condition, process route and inspection method.
Materials
Brass and copper alloys, stainless steel, carbon and alloy steel, aluminum alloys, and engineering plastics.
Tolerances & surface
Turning tolerances to +/-0.005 mm; selected features may reach +/-0.002 mm; surface roughness down to Ra 0.4 um.
Finishing
Passivation and black oxide, zinc, nickel and chrome plating, anodizing and hard anodizing, PVD, polishing and sandblasting, laser marking and cleaning.
Quality Assurance
Quality is planned into every process
Requirements are reviewed before production and verified through material, process and final inspection.
Inspection capability
CMM, 2.5D vision, roundness, surface roughness, XRF material analysis and CCD sorting at the manufacturing facilities.
Management systems
ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and IECQ QC 080000 are supported by the manufacturing facilities.
Documentation
FAI, inspection reports, material certificates and compliance documents can be discussed at quotation stage.
