A Clear Path From Inquiry to Repeat Production

Communication, production coordination and quality follow-up run through one international project contact, backed by established manufacturing resources in Dongguan.

One Setup Instead of Three

The classic risk in complex turned parts: rough-turn on a CNC lathe, then move to a milling machine for flats and cross holes. Every re-clamp adds cumulative tolerance and days of queueing. Turn-mill centers and Swiss-type machines complete turning, milling, drilling and back-working in one setup - coaxiality within 0.005 mm, fewer handlings, and turnaround cost and lead time reduced by 20% or more.

Dedicated Capacity for Large Programs

Peak-season buyers worry about urgent orders squeezing their program out, or mixed-line production. The fleet includes more than 60 machines of a single Tsugami B0205III model within a 100+ unit imported machine park, so large programs run on dedicated scheduling instead of mixed lines, and single-machine maintenance does not stop your order. Two production bases extend flexible capacity in peak season.

The Six Steps

Drawing review: part geometry, material, tolerance, finish and annual volume. Feasibility and quote: process route, equipment, inspection plan, price and lead time. Sampling: tooling preparation, sample production and dimensional reporting. Approval: customer review, correction loop and production release. Mass production: in-process control, final inspection, packing and delivery. Ongoing support: repeat-order planning, change control and issue follow-up.

What Two Production Bases Mean

Coordinated CNC Swiss turning, automatic turning, CNC machining and cleaning across established bases - with support for automotive, industrial, connector, shaft and other precision-component programs.
