Quality Assurance for Turned Parts

Thermal drift, inspection equipment and batch tolerance stability: how quality is planned into every turned part, with FAI and certificates at quotation stage.

Quality Planned Into Every Process

Quality requirements are reviewed before production and verified through material, process and final inspection. Special characteristics from your drawing can be integrated into the inspection plan, so verification follows the part, not a template.

Stable Dimensions From the First Piece to the Hundred-Thousandth

Thermal drift is a classic failure mode in turned parts: dimensions that hold at startup creep as machines warm up, and a few microns can stall an automated assembly line. Our CNC Swiss-turning cells run Japanese Tsugami and Star high-rigidity machines under constant-temperature workshop management, so batch tolerance stays within +/-0.003 mm from the first piece to the hundred-thousandth.

Inspection Equipment You Can Audit

The manufacturing facilities support CMM, 2.5D vision, roundness, surface roughness, XRF material analysis and CCD sorting. The right method is selected against geometry, tolerance, material, volume and quality requirements.

Management Systems

ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and IECQ QC 080000 management systems are supported by the manufacturing facilities.

Documentation for Your Project

FAI, inspection reports, material certificates and compliance documents can be discussed at quotation stage, so incoming inspection on your side has the paperwork it needs.

Boundaries and Ordering

Final feasibility is confirmed per drawing. Send your drawing, material, tolerance, expected volume and quality requirements; the team provides practical manufacturing feedback. NDA available, custom documentation and global shipping support.
