Splined bushings are precision shafts and automotive components machined to customer drawings. Pins, sleeves, bushings, shafts, fasteners and turned components for demanding assemblies. Dimensional control, concentricity, material verification and surface requirements are reviewed before production; special characteristics can be integrated into the inspection plan. Process selection is based on geometry, tolerance, material, volume and quality requirements. Custom-made to drawing; product images are representative of manufacturing experience.
Manufacturing Notes
CNC Swiss turning, automatic turning and turn-mill equipment including Tsugami, Citizen, Miyano and Star across the manufacturing network. Turning tolerances to +/-0.005 mm, with selected features reaching +/-0.002 mm; surface roughness down to Ra 0.4 um. FAI, inspection reports, material certificates and compliance documents can be discussed at quotation stage.
